Detto fatto: dall'orto magico dello zio Sergio sono arrivati dei bellissimi chayote!
Il sapore da crudo è simile al cetriolo, cotti invece assomigliano alle zucchine. Infatti in Italia vengono chiamate zucchine spinose e vengono cucinate proprio come le zucchine (previo eliminazione delle spine!).
